You need to attend just one course to receive a certificate, or you can complete your training by adding others. You can build your own personal itinerary until you achieve the Artista e Manager del Caffè (Artist and Manager of Coffee) certificate.

Courses on coffee

These are courses dedicated to the raw material. They go from theory (history, botany and physiology) to practice (perfect espresso and cappuccino, as well as cocktails and combinations), without forgetting the coffee machines, their maintenance and the fine-tuning of the equipment. You finish off by learning how to taste coffee like a true sommelier.
