Coffee and chocolate at dinner

A tasting at dinner is an opportunity to approach the culture of coffee and/or chocolate. You will discover how to turn coffee and chocolate, products usually eaten as desserts, into the main ingredient of a recipe, for an extraordinary gastronomic experience, that is both a lesson and a tasting session.

Coffee and chocolate are enhanced as recipe ingredients in an original combination of flavours presented at every course. Exercises in tasting at the table, completed by information on botany and on the process of both products.
