“AuthentiCity " - Revealing purity and authenticity in urban life

“Revealing purity and authenticity in urban life” – is an invitation to use the straightforward language of photography to explore signs of authenticity and purity in the urban setting.
The photography exhibit, entitled “Authenticity: Revealing purity and authenticity in urban life”, is an exploration of authenticity and purity in urban settings. The exhibit, presented during Milan Design Week 2010 (Salone del Mobile) April 14-19, marks the first stage of a photography project created by illy issimo’s partnership with SVA, with the aim of celebrating and supporting young emerging talent.
Open to SVA students and alumni, the project will begin with the exhibition of 20 images in the Tortona neighborhood of Milan, at the T35 @ Nhow Hotel. During the exhibition, five of the photographers will be selected and their work will be featured in a dedicated section of the exhibition at the Zona Tortona. Additionally, these selected photographers will receive a cash prize.
