Our packaging is hermetically sealed with all the oxygen removed and pressurized with nitrogen. Preparation Method: Classico decaf ground espresso is precision-ground for preparation with traditional espresso machines that accept ground, tamped coffee. For the best espresso shot, complete with rich, long-lasting crema, we recommend using seven grams of ground espresso, complete with an expert tamp.
